Cancellation Policy

You are important to us

Your booking is essential to us. We take care of our guests in any way possible from the first moment of contact until after your departure from Wadi Rum. We try our best for you to have an amazing and unforgettable experience and we do everything possible to make things easy and simple.

50% Advance Payment

In order to better secure your booking, we have a 50% advance deposit policy. After you book your tour, you have the option to make an advance deposit of 50% the Full Cost to our Bank Account. We will send you all the relevant information via email. This way we make sure we operate smoothly and keep up with our high standard services. Any fees burden us.

How cancellation works

If your travel plans change or for any other reason you need to cancel your booking with us, let us know as soon as possible. The sooner we know, the more time we have to try and re-book your tour, the better the chances are of filling your spots.

We have a two-week cancellation policy. If you cancel at least 14 days before your scheduled arrival, we will give you a full refund of the deposit you paid. Any fees burden you, in this case.

If you cancel anytime within 14 days before your scheduled arrival, there will be no refund. Of course, we will consider exceptional circumstances.
