What time does the tour starts and from where?
You can choose the starting time of the tour. Our meeting point is the Wadi Rum Rest House in the Wadi Rum Village.
What time does the tour ends?
The tour last 4 hours. If you choose an Overnight Stay the tour will end the next morning, after breakfast, at around 8:30-9:30 am.
How will we meet?
When you arrive at Wadi Rum Visitor Center you should buy your entrance ticket, which costs 5JoD per person (if you have the Jordan pass you won’t need to pay for the entrance). When you are in the office to get your ticket, simply tell the person at the desk that you have a booking with Wadi Rum Bedouin Guide (Feras Zalabia). Then you will drive in your car to Wadi Rum village. We meet you at the Wadi Rum Rest House in the Wadi Rum village which is located about 7 km from Visitor Center.

If you are coming by Bus, have the driver call us when you are at the Visitor Center, and the bus will drop you off at the Rest House.

If you are coming by Taxi, the driver will take you directly to the Rest House.
Can I add an Overnight Stay to my Tour?
You can always add an overnight stay to your tour. When you go to book your tour, click on the “extra” menu and you will see the option to add an “Overnight Stay (per person)" to your tour. During the checkout process you can choose the accommodation option (Traditional Bedouin Cave or Camp) you want.
Can I spend the night with you first and do the tour the next day?
If you choose to add an overnight stay to your tour, you can choose to spend the night first and do the tour the next day. A lot of guests that arrive later in the afternoon/evening choose to do this. Just add an Overnight Stay to the tour normally and during the checkout process write us about it in the "Comments" field.
Can I add a Camel Ride to my Tour?
You can always add an hour long Camel Ride to your tour. When you go to book your tour, click on the “extra” menu and you will see the option to add a “Camel Ride” (per person) to your tour.
Where can I park my car?
• There are parking spots at the Wadi Rum Rest House, where the tour starts. You can safely park your car there for the whole duration of the tour.
How can I pay?
We offer different Payment Options. You can Pay by Card, by Bank Transfer and/or in Cash. We also offer flexible payments. When you decide to pay, you only have to pay 50% of the full cost in advance and the rest you will pay after the tour in cash (JoD). Please make sure to have cash with you before visiting us, since there are no ATMs in Wadi Rum and you can’t pay by card when there.

How can I arrive to Wadi Rum?
From Amman: There is no Bus that comes directly from Amman to Wadi Rum. The best option is to catch one of the many Buses that go from Amman to either Aqaba or Petra and from there come to Wadi Rum. Alternatively, you can always come by Car or Taxi.

From Aqaba: There is no Bus that comes directly to the rest house, in Wadi Rum Village, in the morning. You can come either by car or by taxi.

From Petra: There is a daily Bus which arrives at around 8:30 am in the village of Wadi Rum. Your accommodation in Petra can give you more information on how to catch this bus. Alternatively, you can always come by Car or Taxi.
How can I leave Wadi Rum after the tour?
To Aqaba: There is no bus that leaves directly from the Wadi Rum Village to Aqaba. You can leave only by Taxi.

To Petra: There is a morning Bus that leaves from the Wadi Rum Village at around 8:30 am that will take you directly to Petra. Alternatively, you can always leave by taxi.

To Amman: There is no bus that leaves directly from the Wadi Rum Village to Amman. The best option is to go either to Aqaba or to Petra and from there catch a Bus to Amman. Alternatively, you can always leave by taxi that costs around 100 JoD (max. 4 passengers).
How is the Weather in Wadi Rum?
Summers are quite hot, with average daytime temperatures between 38*C and 45*C (100*F – 113* F). However, at night the temperature drops significantly15*C – 20*C (60*F – 68* F). Light, loose, comfortable clothing is best, with perhaps a light jacket for the night time.

During the winter, daytime temperatures are usually between 15*C to 20*C (60*F – 68* F), with temperatures at night hovering near freezing. If you are traveling to Wadi Rum in the winter, try to wear warm, thick, comfortable clothing and make sure to bring a warm winter jacket for these cold nights.
